Ruyi | Member, Executive Committee

Ruyi is honored to join the Executive Committee and brings a perspective shaped by her direct experience in spa operations. In her management role, she focuses on the daily operations and team coordination for a portfolio of outlets, where she has developed a deep appreciation for the front-line realities of the business.

Her operational experience is supported by a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor of Management (Hons) with Psychology, which she completed with Distinction. She is grateful for her previous roles supporting directors and working as an ISO internal auditor, which provided her with a valuable grounding in organizational systems and compliance.

Ruyi sees her role on the committee as a dual opportunity to contribute her on-the-ground insights and to learn from the extensive experience of her fellow members. She is excited to collaborate with the community to support its goals of wellness, continuous improvement, and collective growth.
